Abstract

The goal of this conversation is to help technical professionals achieve success in live communication scenarios. Ed will share perspectives from his 20 years of professional experience in the financial and fin-tech industries, including some of the best and worst moments. His hope is to share takeaways that will enrich your own communication style and improve your effectiveness.
 

Speaker Bio

Ed Ma is Global Head of Municipal Pricing in Enterprise Data at Bloomberg. Ed brings extensive product leadership experience in municipal finance and technology. At Bloomberg, he is building a world-class municipal bond valuation service that raises the transparency bar, setting standards of quality and service. He specializes in empowering teams to tackle valuation challenges via a culture of innovation and technology adoption. Ed joined Bloomberg BVAL shortly after its inception in 2010. Prior to Bloomberg, Ed managed high-net-worth municipal bond portfolios as a Portfolio Manager at Neuberger Berman. Ed is a graduate of the Stern School of Business at New York University, and a member of the NFMA. Ed is based in New York and is a proud supporter of Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace.
