With over 15 year of experience in quant finance recruitment, Patrick will outline common mistakes to avoid, provide useful hints and tips on developing an engaging document, and offer some advice on standing out from the crowd during the recruitment process.

About the Speaker:

Patrick has nearly 20 years’ experience within Financial Services search recruitment. He set up Clarence George in 2019 to offer a highly bespoke service to the Insurance and Investment markets and he is passionate about improving levels of customer service in the industry. Having successfully placed quantitative candidates across all levels from graduate to Executive / Senior level placements, he has a wealth of experience of matching candidates to roles and ensuring that the candidate’s CV answers a client’s needs so that the right candidate stands out from other applicants. Patrick graduated from Queen’s University, Belfast with a year abroad at Heidelberg College, USA.
